"This hotel was outstanding. It was spotlessly clean, beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. my only negative comment would be that if you need to store your luggage know that it gets stored near a smoking area for the employees, so it will end up smelling like smoke."

"The Usual was anything but. Brand new modern eco-centric hotel literally 3 minutes from the Metro (which gets you everywhere super fast). Meditation space and friendly staff made this a stay to remember."

"Generally, it's a great hotel. Unfortunately, on the New Years Eve night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30am, and everyone ended up in the lobby, so we had a bad night. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I think they could have done a bit more to compensate. All they gave me was a free drink coupon, when I was expecting like a voucher toward a future trip."
