Das Apartment ist sehr gross und geräumig.Toller Einrichtungsstil. Grosse Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe und ähnliches schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Ko.men gerne wieder.

Gute Lage, bemühte Vermieter
Reklamationen zur Sauberkeit von Küche und Bad und zum Zustand von Elektrogeräten wurden vom Vermieter und einer Reinigungsfirma zeitnah bearbeitet. Dort blieb vieles haften. Die Wohnung liegt 15 Gehminuten von Ausflugslokalen in Kassel entfernt, vom Balkon geht der Blick in die Landschaft, die Möbel sind apart, ihr Gebrauchszustand entspricht partiell nicht den Fotos. Auch dank des handfesten Einsatzes und der freundlichen Umsicht des Betreibers der Reinigungsfirma und der langen Telefongespräche mit dem Vermieter haben wir uns schließlich im Appartement wohl gefühlt.

Modernes Apartment
Ein schönes Apartment mit modernem Komfort. Platz genug für uns 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden. Schön ruhig gelegen, dennoch zentral genug, dass man fußläufig alles Nötige erledigen kann. In nächster Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten zuFuß) findet man einen Bäcker und einen Rewe. Das genügt vollkommen. Ein Stellplatz fürs Auto steht auch zur Verfügung. Und mit Balkon und großer ‚Wiese‘ hinterm Haus ist auch für Frischluft und die Hunderunde alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Im ganzen okay
Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Handtücher noch sehr neu und frisch. Die Bettwäsche absolut okay. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in weiten Teilen sehr ordentlich. Allerdings ist hier leider die Ausstattung nicht bis zu Ende vernünftig. Es fehlt ein vernünftiges Schneidebrettchen (nur eins aus Glas ist vorhanden). So macht das kochen nicht wirklich Spaß. Auch wird gebeten den Müll zu trennen, aber es gibt nur einen Mülleimer. Da fällt das trennen schwer. Warum nicht noch einen zweiten anschaffen? Unter der Spüle ist die Wand, in der die Rohre verlegt sind, offen. Das ist optrisch gar kein Problem, weil man es nur sieht, wenn man die Tür des Unterschranks öffnet, nur ging von dort ein intensiver Geruch von Feuchtigkeit aus, so dass die Wohnung am Anfang sehr unangenehm gerochen hat. Am zweiten Tag hatte sich das dann mehr oder weniger gelegt. Aber schön ist das nicht. Den größten Minuspunkt gibt es dafür, dass die Wohnung für 6 Personen schon wirklich sehr klein ist. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett. 2 weitere Schlafplätze sind im Wohnzimmer auf einer Couch. Dafür kann man meiner Meinung nach, auch wenn die Wohnung günstig ist, für 5 oder 6 Erwachsene nicht wirklich mehr Geld nehmen, als für 4. Zumal die Schlafcouch nicht komfortabel ist und doch eher klein. Die erste Nacht unseres Aufenthalts wurde sehr von lautem Techno aus der Wohnung im Stockwerk drüber gestört. Wir haben dort geklingelt, aber die Bewohner haben nicht aufgemacht und die Lautstärke nicht reduziert. Dafür können die Anbieter der Wohnung natürlich nichts, aber wissenswert ist es für manche Leute, vielleicht im speziellen mit Kindern, schon. Die Organisation, Schlüsselübergabe (per Safe) und die Anreiseinformationen etc. haben sehr einfach funktioniert. Die Absprache war angenehm. Insgesamt war die Wohnung, betrachtet man den vergleichsweise günstigen Preis, okay. Aber mehr auch nicht. Deshalb die 3 Sterne. Für 5 Sterne hätte zumindest der Geruch durch die offene Wand behoben sein müssen, die Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung der Küche ergänzt werden müssen, und die Schlafcouch bei dieser geringen Größe der Wohnung mindestens komfortabel und groß sein müssen, um den Preis zu rechtfertigen.

Tolle Wohnung, in der man sich prima erholen kann.
Nach 2 Wochen hat man sich schon so gut eingelebt, daß man gar nicht mehr raus will. Werden mit Sicherheit dort wieder buchen.
