Welcome to the URLAUBSWELT holiday apartment

The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment building and offers space for a maximum of 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) with 1 bedroom with double bed, living room (sofa bed) with TV and WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a furnished balcony.

A parking space for a car belongs to the apartment.

The location is quiet and only a few minutes' walk from the 4 km long natural beach and the popular "Gespensterwald".

Nienhagen is located in the middle between Warnemünde and Heiligendamm. Each of these popular places can be reached within a few minutes' drive. The Baltic Sea coast cycle path also runs through the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen and offers a unique panorama along the cliffs.

Several restaurants, cafes, a hairdresser, doctors and a large Edeka supermarket, as well as an ATM are available in the village.


There is a year-round tourist tax in our Baltic Sea resort with the following amounts: High season (May 1st to September 30th) 2.00 EUR per person. Low season (January 1st to April 30th and October 1st to December 31st) 1.50 EUR per person. People under 16 years of age and 100% severely disabled people + one accompanying person are exempt from the tourist tax. Please pay these amounts when the keys are handed over!

In the event of a booking, fewo-direkt will charge a deposit of 100.00 € to the respective booking account, which will be released again 14 days after departure, provided that the guest has not caused any damage or similar in or to the holiday apartment. Any damage or similar caused by the guest in or to the holiday apartment will be deducted from this deposit.
