"POSITIVES: - the view made my stay - room was spacious - best breakfast I've had in the past 2.5 weeks (CR & POL) in terms of selection. - friendly, accommodating staff - removed from city centre, so outdoor surroundings peaceful - towel warming rack - elevator - good value NEGATIVES: - wifi is atrocious, not just in the room but had difficulty at front desk as well - if you only speak English, you will encounter some language barriers. - this is about a 25-min walk from main station and the last 10 minutes is all uphill. There is no bus passing by. - great tv options...if you speak Polish. - walls are paper thin--be prepared to hear the guy next door snoring - no refrigerator Despite all these negatives, I still really enjoyed my stay and would have gladly stayed a 2nd night if they had a room free. "

"Free Sauna, Steam room, access to Termy Zakopienskie, comfy bed, clean room, robes/towels supplied, breakfast, lovely hotel staff, location close to bank ATM & PKP Rail Station, nice walk through town to a hiking trail. "

"Very convenient if travelling by train as only a few minutes walk from station. Breakfast had large selection of hot and cold food and a cooking station for omlettes, etc to be made to order. Pool area was spotless and very relaxing. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, steam room and sauna suite. "
