"This historic house for a week was perfect for our family with two five year olds and a 7 year old. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and there was nice outdoor space to eat and have a fire. The village was peaceful and quiet, and the house was a great launching point for adventures all over the area. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, and we had no issues with our stay! We would go back again if we ever make it back to that...

"The property was clean and well stocked. The mountain views from the porch and interior (including the shower!) were great. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It is quite a walk from the downtown and train station, but nice and quiet. Highly recommended!"

The directions to the chalet good be improved by using what3words as it is not completely clear when you haven’t been to Wengen before. "Best apartment in the area! Stunning views surrounded by amazing waterfalls, breathtaking mountains and gorgeous goats. Apartment was very spacious, clean, had some thoughtful touches and had all the things you need. It looks better when you are there. Host was attentive, friendly and very helpful. We had a slight issue with the key safe but it was resolved in speedy time. Definitely would recommend. 5* slight"
