"The hotel is convenient for Kaarst and is about 20 minutes taxi out of Dusseldorf. I’ve stayed many times and is comfortable. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff are a little surly but efficient. The food from the restaurant is limited but very tasty and the server at dinner is always welcoming and friendly "

"Beautiful property and seems to be a remodel of a reputable building. Keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage etc it is difficult to manage getting in the building from parking to room. It is not clear from the parking lot where the entrance to the facility is. The functionality of the building is not for travelers with luggage. Stairs exist and elevators too but they are out of the way. Carpet is on the floor in some areas so it makes it difficult for the luggage to roll. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Location is great for biking or walking to nearest shops. Room and amenities were superb. "

"We’ve stayed a few times at the Dux and always had a good stay. This time the staff went above and beyond to look after us and we enjoyed a personalised card plus bottle of Prosecco to welcome us back. The outside of the holiday looked amazing with the festive decoration. "

"The trip was amazing. Easy check-in. We were slightly early, however the staff accommodated us. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were absolutely fabulous. On-site facilities were out of this world, e.g. fitness centre and swimming pool. Bar was great too with service to one's table. Would definitely return. Very highly recommended."
