The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby. "

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly, they have a ski room with a boot rack to dry them overnight (very convenient), the spa area and sauna were also great after a long day at the slopes. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every day with lots of different options. We did dine twice in the hotel and really enjoyed it, try the fondue night it is a really nice deal! Lastly, it is only 10min walk to the Gondola or a short bus ride if you dont mind waiting on front"
