"The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "

"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

"Kurzurlaub Ende Februar zwecks "Karnevalsflucht".EIn ruhiges langes Wochenende in grandioser Umgebung in einem alten denkmalgeschützten Gemäuer (siehe Bilder und korrekte Beschreibung) - einfach Hammer.Die beiden Hofhunde haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen - wild. lebhaft aber friedlich und zum knuddeln. Nach 2 Hundeleckerlis hatten wir neue Freunde...War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal."

"We stayed in the guesthouse, which is separate from the bar / restaurant so it was very quiet. Love the regular old fashioned room key! Delicious dinner but no one spoke any English so we guessed at menu items. "
