The house is conveniently located, you can walk to the ski elevator in Kitzski or take a bus to the Brixen im Thale valley where you can ski in the SkiWelt resort. "Nette kleine saubere Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, mitten im Ski-Gebiet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief ohne Probleme und er war immer recht freundlich. Wir waren im Sommer dort, da wir sehr gerne wandern. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wanderwege und auch tolle Möglichkeiten den Tag zu verbringen wenn es mal regnet."

Only a 5-minute walk (I walk fast) to the MPreis supermarket, and a few minutes more to the centre of Söll. Söll is a great choice in itself, but also for exploring the spectacular surrounding area - Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Westendorf, the Wildschönau….."

"Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, mit Sicht auf die Berge, nur einige Treppen von den Skipisten entfernt. Check-In und Check-Out waren problemlos, sehr wertvoll auch der Parkplatz in die Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, nur das Kinderzimmer mit dem Hochbett ist für unseren 1,9m großen Sohn etwas klein gewesen. Insgesamt sind wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung und den sehr freundlichen Vermieter."

"My wife and I stayed at this property three days while car touring the Zillertal Alps, and it perfectly met our needs. The pictures are accurate, the house is immaculate, it's quiet and near lots of hiking trails (from easy to long and difficult), and the owner communicates promptly and is a warm, super friendly host. On a scale of one to five, I'd rate this property a six. We'd love to return."

"The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling."

"The apartment is lovely, very comfortable. Location is great, just across road from zillertalbahn, so getting about was easy. Aschau itself very small and quiet, but we liked that, Mayrhofen only short train ride away. Marina and her mum were lovely, will definatly be returning."

"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. Thoroughly enjoyed our months stay ' all amenities needed were to hand 'very comfortable & spacious 'absolutely loved the bath after a hard days skiing .
