If the listing claims it is a house with accommodation for 10 then in my opinion the kitchen should be outfitted accordingly. 5 wine glasses, 8 water glasses, and dishes for 8 isn’t what we were expecting in a house listed as accommodating 10. 2. 1 couch and 2 accent chairs is a bit sparse for 10 to sit together in the living room. "Loved the house. Perfect layout for my co-worker and I to have a main floor and downstairs so we each had our own living area with bedrooms and bathroom. We got to enjoy the pool table and the kitchen was great for making a few meals. It was very well furnished and accomadating. Jan was also great and prompt in communicating.
