Villefranche Vista is a two bedroom two bathroom luxury apartment. Enjoying an elevated south-facing location, it provides stunning views of the bay of Villefranche from the full length balcony, lounge and main bedroom. The balcony is exposed to the sun for most of the day and is perfect for al fresco dining.

The apartment was recently refurbished to a very high standard with marble floors and air-conditioning. Amenities include broadband wifi, a large flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system. The open plan kitchen has an American fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms feature double beds with Egyptian cotton linen and big fluffy towels. The main bedroom with sea view has a separate modern bathroom. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Both bathrooms are supplied with l’Occitane goodies.

Perfectly situated on the edge of the old town, the apartment is a five minute stroll to the restaurants and shops. The beach and train station are a two minute walk.

Villefranche-sur-Mer is a charming 13th century fishing village surrounding one of most beautiful bays in the world. This friendly and artistic town, in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, is one of the few spots on the French Riviera to have retained its old world authenticity and charm.

The old town of Villefranche cascades down the hillside to the water’s edge. Here, you are spoilt for choice with vibrant restaurants and traditional brasseries tucked away in the maze of narrow streets and alleyways.

Villefranche has a beautiful sandy kilometre-long beach and clear blue waters. Bathers take advantage of the average of 300 days of sunshine per year.

The train station provides easy access along the coastal route to Cannes, Antibes, Nice, the medieval village of Eze, Monaco and through to Italy.

Despite being a quiet enclave on the riviera coastline, Villefranche is surrounded by an exciting international scene. The amazing beauty of the village has long attracted the international jet set. Perfect Riviera location - quaint, quiet and beautiful!
We stayed three nights and enjoyed everything about this place. The beds are comfortable, the patio roomy with plenty of seating and the most magnificent view of the sea. The biggest bonus for us was the train station literally in front of us for easy travel to Monte Carlo and Nice. The train noise is minimal. The birds were louder than the trains. 😂 I even slept on the patio couch one night to listen to the ocean.

We were blown away at the amazing views of the sea from the family room and master bedroom. There is a spacious porch as well where you can sit and watch the water. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Very functional and comfortable. We want to go back! Loved our stay here !

Most amazing stay
The place was like a dream you can hear the water no rental car needed and the train is right there! Check in was easy and we traveled with my wife and teenager. If you are considering French Riviera don’t stay in a nice stay right outside in the village! Perfect location only 1 hour from Italy!

French Riviera Magnifique!
The view was breathtaking!! Loved sitting on the terrace over looking the port in Ville France sur mer. Perfect location to get to the gorges & all the cities along the Riviera. Julie who met us was wonderful at helping us get around. The pool was beautiful but a bit cool for swimming.

Breathtaking View and Beautiful apartment
This was the perfect weekend get-away after a busy week in Barcelona with our daughter. The apartment is perfectly appointed! The beds were big and comfortable, bathrooms were nice and clean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the sea. We arrived early and were promptly met by the property manager, we were allowed to drop our bags off while the unit was cleaned. The unit is just above the train station but the trains didn't bother us at all, and it was really convenient when we wanted to travel into Nice or Monaco. The town is so quaint and we really enjoyed the restaurants and shops. 10/10 trip!

Spacious Well Located Apartment with Amazing View
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and hope to return someday. Apartment was well laid out for 2 couples or a family. Location was excellent to get to train, beach and restaurants. Villefranche is an excellent homebase to explore the neighbouring cities of the Cote d'Azur. My most memorable feature of the apartment is the Amazing view of the water and town from the spacious balcony. We loved sitting on the balcony where we spent most of our time when we weren't exploring Villefranche and the Cote d'Azur. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Second Time to This Oasis
This is the second time we've stayed at this property. We returned with our 10 month old son and really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the place. Checking in and out was great and easy. The location cannot be beat. We popped over to Ventimiglia which was recommended in the apt info book which was very helpful. We had a great time. We highly recommend this apartment so long as you don't try and book it when I want to stay there!

This was our third stay at Villefranche Villa and we loved it as before. Presentation is perfect, the pantry is very well stocked which is a real bonus. A piece of paradise
This was our first time to the south of France. My wife, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our accommodations were outstanding. Suzanne was a pleasure to deal with. The unit overlooks the bay and the views are magnificent! Having breakfast on the balcony and taking advantage of the views was special. It exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to go back.

Really excellent apartment!
This is a very nicely modernised apartment with two good sized bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) and two bathrooms. it is very well equipped and reasonably priced. In fact, the property is better than it looks in the pictures as pictures/mirrors and new outdoor furniture on the balcony have been added.It is a short stroll into town where we bought all we needed from the Casino mini-mart. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from too, Le Mayssa was the best place to eat for us. You are next to the train station which is handy although the train do start quite early in the morning. It didn't bother us though. Excellent feedback from the owner and property manager. Overall 10/10!

The PERFECT Getaway
Villefranche-sur-Mer was the last stop on our European vacation, and after being at this apartment for less than 5 minutes, we wished it had been the only stop on our European vacation! The owner and the property manager were both very friendly and responsive, and the property itself was perfect for our family. It is literally in walking distance of the town and even closer to the train station. I've already recommended the property to two friends looking to visit France. As soon as we save up enough to be able to visit France again, I have no doubt we will be renting this property again.

This has it all
The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, and with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it's very comfortable for 2 - 4 people. If you wouldn't think of staying on the Riviera without a sea view - and we wouldn't - this is the place to be. There are sweeping views of the Bay of Villefranche and even though it was too cold in Feb. to sit out on the balcony, the view makes this a special place. It's convenient to the local train and buses, and there's street parking if you have a car. The owner and the local contact were a pleasure to deal with. Hope to visit again sometime.

Lovely apartment
This is a lovely modern apartment with fantastic view of the Sea. I could sit on the balcony forever... and the master bedroom also shares the balcony overlooking the Sea. The apartment is bright and well-designed. It is so convenient for the train or all the restaurants in the old ville, which is the heart of the charming town. There is ample dressers and closets. The only caution is that the second bath is a bit small. I highly recommend this apartment, but all of Villefranche requires able walkers.

Superb Apartment with a great view of Villefranche-Sur-Mer Bay
The Apartment is spacious, with a good standard of fixtures and fittings, high end appliances such that the Apartment easily surpassed all of my expectations. Whilst I was a little worried about the Apartment’s proximity to the Railway line, you hardly notice the extremely quite trains coming and going and the benefit of the station being immediately below the Apartment, far outweighs any undue concerns. Parking can be difficult at weekends but manageable nonetheless and free which is a bonus. Definitely a wonderful place to stay all in all and I will hopefully return sometime soon.

Wonderful View
This was our fifth time in Ville Franche and Sheldon’s place definitely had the best view out of all of our stays. We were initially concerned about the train but it was quite quiet. The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The only challenge was parking but we really just walked everywhere so not a big deal. The kitchen is well stocked and the clothing washer and dishwashers were very nice to have. The balcony was our favourite spot as the view is spectacular and keeps us coming back. We recommend this apartment as it is very quiet and away from the town noise. There is beautiful greenery with purple irises and a small stream right next door so at night and early morning the sounds of waves and the small stream are very relaxing. We will be back!!

An oasis in our Europe trip
This property is exactly as pictured. No surprises except the fully equipped, well supplied kitchen. Thank you to other guests who left pantry items. It made it feel like home. Excellent communication with the property managers and a lovely thank you from the owner at the end of our stay. Even in November we sat out on the balcony everyday. And the view !!!!! The train station is right below the apartment. Very convenient for trips to Monaco and Nice. As other reviewers have said, the noise is not a problem if you close the roller shutters at night. The towels were thick and large, the bedding and the beds luxurious.

Second time even better
This was an amazing second experience. Having thoroughly enjoyed VillefrancheVista for one week last year we enjoyed the experience of Villefranche and it's surrounds even more for two weeks this month. VillefrancheVista is a most spectacular apartment, to wake up to the vista of the bay, to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the bay and it's never ending movements, is amazing. The apartment is fitted out superbly, totally comfortably and fully equipped, from soundsystems to kitchen utensils! Everything you need. We are four mature travellers, active, love the restaurants of Villefranche and find VillefrancheVista so perfectly situated to everything. The trains being close are a bonus, with easy travel to Monaco and Antibes. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a perfect stay in a perfect place.

You won’t find a better view!
The apartment has a view that is perfection. There was plenty of space inside for the 3 of us that stayed, but most of our time was spent outside on the balcony. Restaurants, shopping, and train are all in walking distance, and there was no trouble getting an Uber to pick us up as well. Donna the property manager was patiently waiting for us at the property after our plane arrival was an hour late. She walked us through the property and gave us some information on the area. We were disappointed that there was not a dryer as advertised. There is a washer and a drying rack on the porch. This wasn’t a big deal overall, but did not allow us the opportunity to wash towels if needed as minimal were provided. Also the coffee machine is an espresso machine and I had no idea how to use it or the type of coffee that should be used. Instructions may help. Overall we felt safe and comfortable! Thank you for letting us enjoy the property.

A view to Paradise
Perfectly situated vantage point to either watch the cruise ships enter the harbor or take easy excursions to every desirable place on the Côte d'Azur. Maximum comfort in this beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment. My wife and I selected this apartment for our honeymoon. Host was gracious and communicative throughout the process. Helped with all advance planning including arranging for our pickup at the Nice airport. Easy walking to great shopping, restaurants, and the scenic Villefranche sur mer, as well as to Cap Ferat. Train station is one block away, easy access to all rail destinations on the French Riviera or simply to central Nice. Automated window shields block out all light and sound when it's time to sleep, otherwise spectacular views of the harbor and town. Property was immaculate, well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos. All business transactions were prompt and correct. Seaside Perfection
Waking up in this apartment was the best part of our trip. Villefranche serves as a perfect 'home base' for a trip to the South of France. My husband and I explored Monaco, Nice, and even did a day trip to Barolo. We rented a car and parking it near the apartment overnight was easy. The apartment was appointed perfectly - plenty of utensils, cups, plates, and other amenities. The bathrooms were lovely and modern - I especially loved the window adjacent to the shower. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was great - even large towels were provided, something we've not seen in other VRBO rentals. The owner and the onsite coordinator (Donna) were great to work with and checking in and out was easy and very clear. Our security deposit was refunded promptly and without any reminder from me. I can't say enough about the view - every morning waking up to that view melts the stress away. The train's close proximity is very convenient for getting around and the noise is no bother - it doesn't run especially often, or at night, and its really very quiet anyway. Given the success of our trip and the comfort of the apartment, we are already planning to go back with my parents in the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful beach just steps away. I should also mention that the restaurants nearby were also great - there is even one that's a little famous having been featured in a Rick Steves episode (La Mer Germain). This apartment is a MUST - just don't book it up too much because we want to go back!

Gorgeous View!
Beautiful space just as pictured with great service from our host and Donna who greeted us on arrival. The location is extremely convenient to catch the train for exploring the Riviera. We really enjoyed the patio and the views are amazing!
