Sunny studio close to Garibaldi

This calm and comfortable studio, renovated in 2016, is a perfect "pied à terre" for a couple.
Sunny and ideally located, close to Garibaldi square, place du Pin, the Old Nice - 10 mn from the beaches and and never far from urban transport.
If you are here for convention, the Nice Acropolis is 1 stop on the tramway, so 5 minutes door to door.
The building dates back to the XIX century and there is no elevator.

Great Location!
The central location of this property makes it the perfect stay for exploring Nice. Frédérique and Olivier were gracious hosts, helping with our luggage and dinner reservations. We’ll be back!

Perfect spot
The apartment is well equipped & the location is excellent with bars, restaurants, groceries, beaches, transport etc. all within a few minutes walk. The hosts are extremely helpful & so nice. We absolutely loved our time in Nice as well as exploring surrounding areas.

Quiet place, yet near everything
We enjoyed our 4 weeks in this quiet studio near Garibaldi Sq on the edge of Vieux Nice, minutes walk from everything: Nice old and new, the trams, buses 100 east to Monaco, Menton and many hikes (Eze, Cap d'Ail...) and 15 to St Jean Cap Ferrat, one of the best breads anywhere (we lived in Paris for a year...) at Bourdonnat around the corner etc. Just notice 2 things: yes, it is a (good) Murphy bed in the photos, and there are some 70 steps up fetching that bread or croissants for breakfast on the balcony! At 75, I had no problem with either :-)

Ideal
Die Lage des Apartments in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist ideal, da man von hier gleichermaßen schnell in der Altstadt und im Hafen ist. Das Apartment hat sehr viel Charme und ist bestens ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir die kleine Terrasse mit Südlage genossen. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle auch noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Frédérique und Olivier für den ausgesprochen netten Empfang und die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Wir können uns in Nizza keine schönere und angenehmere Unterkunft vorstellen und hoffen, sehr bald wiederkommen zu können.

Ideal apartment in a fantastic location
This beautiful studio was a dream come true. Super quiet and super clean it's centrally located and within easy walking distance of everything you're there to see. The kitchen and bathroom look like they've recently been redone and you've got a series of french doors leading to a charming little balcony. You'll have everything you need to cook in if you prefer to shop the market and do that. Olivier and Frederique are wonderful. Such gracious hosts. Loved this spot and would absolutely stay again!

Absolute gem all around!
This was our third time in Nice and it topped the previous two. Earlier we stayed in the more touristy Jean-Médicin district which we also thoroughly enjoyed. However, having explored a lot of Nice we have come to love the Port and Old Town area the most which is why we found Frédérique and Olivier's gorgeous little studio being ideally located in relation to both. Situated on the top floor of a quaint old building it has a beautiful big balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard and is very well equipped with everything one may ever need making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the nicest discoveries on this trip was Place du Pin located just on the back of the building with tons of bustling cafes and restaurants. This small square is somewhat off the beaten track and not easily found by the tourists which makes it into a wonderful authentic french/niçoise experience. The studio is very close to the Old Town and a 10-min walk from the beach and one can utilise the numerous bike stations in the area to get to anywhere else within a short period of time. We truly enjoyed our week here and cannot wait to be back!

Charming apartment with balcony
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with balcony minutes away from the Garibaldi place, the famous Old Town, cafes and restaurants. Tastefully furnished with an authentic French feel, the apartment had everything we would wish for. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities were excellent and clean. The owners are the loveliest and most helpful couple, always there for you with suggestion and friendly advice.The only things to consider would be that it is on the fourth floor and the property has no lift, so would not be suitable for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs and that there is no air conditioning in the apartment that could ruin the day if there is a serious heatwave. Apart from that, it is highly recommended place to stay!

kleines charmantes Appartement, mitten im Zentrum, mit Blick über die Dächer von Nizza
Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Das kleine "Studio" ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man braucht! Ideal für enge Freunde/Freundinnen und Pärchen. 84 Stufen müssen erklommen werden, um in die oberste Etage, in das Appartement, zu gelangen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Der Balkon, mit Blick über die Dächer von Nizza, unter Weinranken, lädt zum Träumen ein.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage, sodass man schnell am Hafen und in der Altstadt ist. Außerdem ist es wirklich schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass es einem an nichts fehlen wird. Frédérique und Olivier wohnen im ersten Stock des Gebäudes. Bei Fragen oder Problemen sind sie sofort ansprechbar und immer nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hätten uns wirklich kein schöneres Appartement aussuchen können! Encore une fois merci beaucoup pour notre séjour agréable chez vous. Votre appartement est si beau et nous ne pourrions pas nous imaginer un appartement plus beau pour les vacances à Nice. Merci

entspannte Oase zum Wohlfühlen
Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem absolut ruhig. Ich habe mich dort unglaublich wohl und sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Vermieter Frédérique und Olivier, die selber auch im Haus wohnen, sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit und haben das Appartement mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr persönlich gestaltet. Die Möblierung ist gut durchdacht ( Sofa, Sessel und Bett sind super bequem!) und die Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und der sonnige Balkon lädt ein sich von dem Trubel der Stadt zu entspannen. Ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Excellent séjour !!!
L'appartement est idéalement placé, à quelques minutes à pied de la promenade des anglais. Très cocooning, et très propre, on s'y sens vraiment bien. La petite terrasse donnant sur une cour intérieur est très agréable. De plus, à l'arrivée, une bouteille de rosé bien fraiche nous attendait ! Que demander de plus ? Malgré la difficulté à trouver une place pour garer sa voiture, je recommande ++++++ !

Beste Lage, sehr nette Vermieter
Wunderschönes Einzimmer-Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage direkt um die Ecke von Place Garibaldi ist ideal, um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden. Zum Hafen sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss, am Strand ist man in maximal 10 Minuten. Trotz vierter Etage wird es in der Wohnung nicht zu heiß. Die Vermieter haben das Appartement sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
