Building
This holiday rental apartment is located in a well-maintained modern building straight on the Promenade des Anglais, equipped with security gates and a live-in concierge.
An elevator will take you to the 4th floor where you will find this gorgeous modern apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows draw in soft natural light while also showcasing sweeping views of the sparkling blue Mediterranean sea.
Sea front properties are rare on the rental market, and with the 180° panoramic view of the Baies des Anges, guests will quickly understand what a must-experience they are!
Living area
As you walk into the living room, it’s hard not to be taken aback by the stunning sea views, delightfully framed by the large bay windows.
A second glance reveals a spacious living area, that has been thoughtfully renovated with comfort and style in mind. The sleek and modern interior is echoed throughout the décor, with pops of colour, achieving a contemporary aesthetic well suited to its downtown location. The aero-themed art on the walls is a gentle nod to the owner’s profession and hobby – airplane pilot.
This stylish space features the perfect setting for living and entertaining: contemporary couches and stylish armchairs surround a glass table. These face a large flat screen TV, ideal for movie nights in. Wi-Fi, French cable TV including music channels & English channels news channels are available for guests’ entertainment.
A stylish desk comes to complete this exquisitely furnished corner, a high contender for the world’s best home-office view. Should you need to work during your stay, you can comfortably do so with this set-up.
The second half of the room offers the perfect dining space, with a large glass table, modern lighting and comfortable seating for 6-8 guests.

Double-glazed glass doors fold back to open the living area to the exterior. The balcony/terrace comes with an outdoor lounge area, laced with classy white pillows. It offers comfortable seating for 4. There is also a table with chairs to seat 4 as a nice al fresco dining option. Last but definitely not least, find two sun loungers in order to bask in the sunlight – should you wish for an alternative to the beach.
Kitchen
Designed with your inner-chef in mind, the gourmet kitchen comes fully-equipped with slate-grey countertops, matching splashbacks, and top-notch appliances. It includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, grill / oven and an induction ceramic four ring hob. A Nespresso machine sits in the corner to ensure your morning coffee is as good as the morning sunrise.
One of our favourite features is the one-way black-out window that separates the kitchen from the dining area – meaning that the chef can cook up a storm “privately” whilst also being able to enjoy the landscape/sea-views.
Bedrooms
All three bedrooms are delightfully appointed and enjoy their own en suite bathrooms. Perfect for small groups or families looking to enjoy the South of France together.
From sunrise to sunset, the Master bedroom showcases breathtaking views of the blues – sea & sky. Wake up to the most incredible hues from the comfort of the floating double bed (160x190cm).
Complete with plush pillows, bedside tables, reading lamps, and last but not least, his-and-hers wardrobes, this spacious bedroom is a luxury to come back to every night. Black-out shutters are available to allow for a morning sleep-in.
Beyond the views – the key feature of this bedroom is without a doubt, the luxurious open-plan en suite bathroom, including a gorgeous bath-tub. Rarely does an opportunity present itself to enjoy a soothing bubble bath with a sea view! Sit back and relax...
The other two bedrooms are equally stylish with clever finishing touches. Furnished with comfortable double beds (140x190cm), both enjoy built-in closets, hanging space. They face the inner courtyard of the building.
All three bedrooms enjoy air conditioning.
Bathrooms & WC
Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom.
The two double bedrooms enjoy beautifully tiled walk-in showers, a vanity unit, sink and mirror with overhead lighting. The first bedroom has the added benefit of an additional WC.
The en suite bathroom in the master bedroom takes luxury to new heights. The sleek tiled walls come to contrast with the gorgeous marble floor, hosting a beautiful ceramic bathtub that faces the sea. Guests will also find a large walk-in shower with Italian rain head and fun lighting.
A floating vanity unit with double sink, polished chrome fixtures, gorgeous back-lit mirror, WC and bidet come to complete this beautifully appointed bathroom.
-- All of our holiday rental properties have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge, organic wine, etc.

500€ blocked by Credit Card on arrival, charged only when damage occurs

--Nightly rate is quoted for a week stay or more, under a week nightly will be more.
-- Should you stay less than a week, the nightly price will be HIGHER, in order to cover the basic costs of turnover: linens, clean, M&G, etc.
-- 1 set of LINENS per bed and 1 set of TOWELS per person is INCLUDED IN PRICE.
Arrival Details
-- Please note that the following charges apply for late check-in, payable in cash upon arrival: - 19:00 to 22:00: EUR 20 - 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 40 - Check-in after midnight is subject to approval and costs EUR 60. Guests arriving at the property via the free airport pick-up service do not have to pay late check-in charges at the apartment, but a EUR 10 extra charge still applies for arrivals after 19:00. Please note that an additional EUR 50 charge applies to all arrivals on 24, 25 and 31 December, 1 January, Easter Sunday and 14 July. An additional 58€ will be applied for all bookings that require sofa bed linen (4 guests or more).
