It comprises 3 bedrooms (one of which is on a mezzanine floor with a bath ; access by ladder), each with a double bed, a bathroom (shower, washbasin), a separate WC, a fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, combined fridge) opening onto a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed and TV. It has 2 terraces overlooking the old town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, with stunning views over the hills of this historic village ! It is equipped with air conditioning. Please note : there are several staircases in the flat.

CAR ACCESS
There are 2 parking options:
1) Route des Serres or Chemin du Pilon (an extra 5-minute walk is required), both of which charge during the day and are free in the evening.


2) Parking Indigo, many spaces available in general, please pay attention to the rates (displayed at the entrance to the car park).

A security deposit of 800€ is required for all bookings.
Please note that the flat has several staircases.
