Perfect Gite
Beautifully clean and well maintained studio. Plenty of space inside and outside. Mme Pat was very discreet but available with helpful assistance and support. I stayed 7 weeks and it felt like home. Pool was amazing and warm and clean. Area was quiet and tranquil. Bed was super soft. Parking plentiful. Near by town of Biot quaint with lots of restaurants and great atmosphere. 100% recommended

A sweet one room cottage
A serene and comfortable one room cottage near the village of Biot. Mme Chemin is kind and generous as a host. A bit far to stroll to the old Biot center.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce magnifique village,la location était parfaite très propre de très bons conseils de Patricia personne agréable et arrangeante.tout était parfait (linge de maison.literie confortable .piscine.) Nous avons bien apprécié la tranquillité dans un joli écrin de verdure. Mme Chemin est une propriétaire très sympathique et très disponible, toujours prête à donner des informations sur la région. Comme on va certainement revenir sur la Côte on pense sérieusement louer, de nouveau, ce beau studio idéalement situé pour nous.

C'est le bon plan pour être au calme, en pleine verdure, loin de la circulation et du tumulte des villes. De plus, Patricia est très professionnelle et d'une extrême gentillesse. Vous pouvez venir en toute confiance, tout y est dans ce mignon studio : feu de cheminée d'ambiance, vaisselles, électroménager, condiments sel, poivre, ... savon, parfum. On se sent comme chez soi ! Clean appartment in a quiet area
The house is nice and clean. Close to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. Patricia gives you a warm welcome. For people who like to stay in a quiet place this is it! You can hear lots of birds singing in the morning. And last but not least, the weather was fantastic.

Le calme au milieu d'un magnifique jardin proche du village de Biot
Patricia, la propriétaire discrète, nous a réservé un acceuil chalereux. Le studio qui se trouve isolé au bout du jardin est très bien équipé, spacieux et très propre. Avec le balcon du côté du lever du soleil et une petite terrasse de l'autre côté, les deux munie d'une table et des chaises, on peut très bien y passer la journée entière. Mais la région offre tant d'autres possibilités... Merci, Patricia, pour cette découverte!
