## Neighborhood

Thanks to this apartment located in the heart of Nice, close to the Fine-Arts Museum and the Villa Masséna Museum, you will be in the best place to discover the many advantages of Nice ! From the quiet little street where the flat is located, you will be able to go to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach easily by foot in about 10 minutes. The Fine Arts Museum is accessible in less than 10 min, and it will just take you 30 min by walk to reach the Old Nice.

- 15 min by foot from Nice-Ville station and 5 min by car
- 20 min by transport from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and 10 min by car
