it is a brand new 2 room apartment with a parking space included, so you have a bedroom plus a very comfortable quick-opening sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional people. towels and sheets are provided
you are close to the promenade des anglais and the various shops
you can also arrive by bus 98 from the airport about 20 minutes. you have a liddl store to do your shopping.
The tram on line 2 direct from the airport to the Alsace Loraine stop. then you are 5 mins walk from rue Bottero.
Please pay the cleaning and linen package 62€ for 2 and 67€ for 3 or4 persons upon arrival. as noted in the rules of procedure.
baby travel bed 10€ for the stay
if you arrive after 19H15 you will have a extra fee to pay for late check in because you will have to meet the private concierge Laure

Overall excellent with good communication but found the air conditioning underwhelming. Would stay again given location and access to beach and terrific tram system to port/main city and airport.

3 month stay

The apartment was as listed and accommodated our needs for our stay. The building security is excellent and the air conditioning, electronic blinds and double glazing kept the apartment comfortable. We chose this apartment because of its location to the Promemade, Boulevard Gambetta and local amenities.

The concierge was really helpful when we had to change our arrival date and time due to a car breakdown. Lighting in the apartment could be better. Cooking tools eg large spoons, spatular absent which made cooking difficult.

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft. Es fehlt leider ein Backofen. Die vorhandenen durchaus zahlreichen Töpfe, sowie auch Teile des Geschirrs hätten sauberer sein können.

Die Wohnung ist prima, der Balkon ist so gelegen, dass man morgens und abends dort Schatten hat. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank ist Spitzenklasse. Die Zufahrt zur Garage erfolgt über die Seitenstraße. Einzig negativer Punkt: Leider hatten die vorherigen Besucher das Geschirr so schmutzig hinterlassen, dass der erste Eindruck nicht sehr positiv war.

I Love Nice!

Bien que privé de climatisation pendant le séjour suite à un problème technique , nous avons pu gérer la température grace à Laure qui nous a fourni un ventilateur! Appartement très sympa conforme à la description avec tout ce qu'il faut et bien situé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour!

Propriété recommandée-très propre et facile d’accès. Bien située. Les photos reflètent bien l’appartement et la description est conforme. Les 2 personnes responsables étaient disponibles et faciles à joindre et sont très accueillantes. Je n’hésiterais pas à y retourner.

Frais à régler en plus pour le ménage

Déçus, nous aurions réservé ailleurs si nous avions su qu'il fallait régler des frais de menage assez chers supplémentaires en espèces à l'arrivée. Nous n'avons pas pu arriver à 14h malgré ce qui était indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement. Le logement est conforme a la description. Le parking est sécurisé. Dommage, car nous gardons quand même le sentiment de nous être fait avoir.

Appartement bien situé. Deux remarques : La chambre est petite et il est très difficile de circuler autour du lit. La douche est exiguë et pourrait être beaucoup plus grande au regard de la surface de la salle d’eau.

Très bel appart,bien situé à proximité de tout…5 minutes de marche pour la promenade des Anglais et 15 minutes du vieux Nice. Seul point faible, chaises de l’espace repas vraiment très inconfortables mais pour le reste c’est très bien…….

Empfehlenswert

Dies ist eine hübsche saubere, ausreichend gut ausgestattete Wohnung nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ganz in der Nähe des Meeres / Strand. Der Stellplatz in der Garage des Gebäudes ist von großem Vorteil. Für den Aufenthalt von zwei Personen ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Irene und Laure war schnell und einfach.
