"La Bastide" was built in 1889 by Lord Salisbury, Prime Minister of the Queen Victoria. The Massa Family became the owners in 1947.
"La Bastide" is set in five hectares of parkland where olive, lemon end oranges trees grow together with green oaks and cypres trees between the city of Nice and Monaco.
The property has a spectacular panoramic view over the Mediteranean Sea, Beaulieu sur mer and the Cap Ferrat.
Every studio has a south exposed terace of 12m² with a wonderfull view on the sea, a main room of 30m² with one double bed and AC, a small equiped kitchen and a bathroom.
A couple of housekeepers live in the permises all around the year.
