Sofa bed in living room can comfortably accommodate two additional guests. All-inclusive bathroom with Italian shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel bar. Excellent and easy-to-access public transportation: 15 minute drive from Nice Airport, 15 minute walk from train station, and 5 minute walk from buses.
