Very cute 3-star hotel in Cagnes-sur-Mer, steps from the beach. Very quiet and includes free parking for guests (first come first served basis) Room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable and clean. The owners and staff are pleasant and accommodating and it was an enjoyable stay

The staff was so helpful and friendly, answered any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable! The location was amazing, very close to the ocean and lots of delicious restaurants! Nice small hotel near the beach and airport
The hotel was hard to find. It was in a residential area but it was 1 block to the beach so it made things easier. we stayed there the night before our flight left from the Nice Airport. It was an easy drive to the airport and a nice last evening in France

Nothing negative at all. Just make sure that the owner knows when you arrive. I recommend this property without any reservations. For breakfast I recommend the Danish Coffee lab to the right as you exit the property. There is another bakery cafe on the left farther away that should be avoided. The blonde lady put water instead of milk in our latte! Didn’t know milk was so expensive in France.

Funny place! In the room the management announced in writing that guests were not allowed to eat or drink in the room, and that everybody had to be quiet after 9 pm. If not he would fine them! It felt as if the bed had plastic cover under the sheet. And the rest of the ambience? Well maybe this Hotel does not belong in Hotels.com.

We stayed here for two nights when going to two World Cup rugby games in Nice. It was a comfortable stay with an enjoyable walk to the local train station and then taking the train to St Augustin to then take the tram to the stadium. All straight forward. The room is comfortable, with a comfortable mattress. Personally I would have liked more than a sheet on the bed as my husband likes the air conditioning on and I then find it cold overnight. The hotel is good value for money normally ( we paid much higher because of World Cup). It is what you would expect for this star of hotel. It could easily be further upgraded if the owners wished by updating the shower room and perhaps including tea/coffee and a small fridge for water. The balcony with sea view was a nice area to watch the world go by.
