Super hotel located in the city center near Place Massena. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Central area with many restaurants and bars. Also very close to the Metro station with which you can quickly reach the airport. I recommend this hotel and hope to return.

It’s a good hotel but rooms are small, the great thing about this property is that it’s so close to the beach, shopping and entertainment. One of the best hotels in terms of being at the center of everything!

Fantastic hotel! Attempted to check in early, front desk staff during that time wasn’t very pleasant. Didn’t know beach towels were offered until last day. Room was very clean, great beds and pillows clean linens. Great location. Insulated windows.

The front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in and they were very helpful in booking a tour and a taxi back to the airport. Only things that needs to be fixed is the tiny noise of the air conditioner in room 317 and the shower door did not keep water from running onto bathroom floor. Other than that it was a cute hotel.

Fantastic location with excellent choices around for food and drinks. Beach (pebble) is an easy 5-10 minute walk away and tram links are just around the corner. Rooms are small so if you like space, this may not be for you but for a few nights, this hotel is perfect.

Extremely well located hotel. 15 min walk to the train, 7 min walk to the beach. Plaza Messina is right outside the door and it’s located on a shopping street. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly

Hôtel was in a great location. Easy to travel via metro which stops one block away. Close to everything in nice. AC did not work in room, they were going to send a tech to check it out not sure if they did or not but the unit did not improve if so. Also on the last two days the elevator did not work, which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.

Great location - Room Issues
The hotel is located in a fantastic location. Close to all major attractions. Air conditioning in the room did not work. We spent 2 days with the room temperature stuck around 27 degrees Celsius. Hotel room and hallways smell of mold and humidity.
