Completely reniewed, this 65 square meter apartment is located in the heart of the lovely neighbourhood Garibaldi/Port, with a 15 minutes walk to the beach through the old town and 100 meters from the tramway.

A spacious living room with full equipment (Smart tv, wifi, airconditioning,...), small balcony towards the calm courtyard, one bathroom with wahing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. and 2 bedrooms (queen size beds 160 cm)

Linen and towels are provided.

In the close neighborhood, you can find all commodities : restaurant, supermarket, chemistry, bakery,...

From the apartment, you can discover all town by walk.

The apartment is on the 1st floor in a typical "niçois" building from 1920. That means high ceilings and lots of character.

The apartment is equipped with double glazing so very quiet and faces the Saint-Joseph Church. Wifi is provided for free.

You'll have everything you need here,and can just relax and enjoy your stay!
