Located on the most prestigious residential road of Nice, boulevard Victor Hugo in the heart of Carré d'or, This luxury 2 bedroom art deco-style apartment of 100 square meter is at only two minute walking distance from the 'Pedestrian zone', Promenade des Anglais and the sea and at only 5 minute walk from the main shopping district (Avenue Jean Medecin) and the old town. The apartment faces south and north and its trans versant.

Our host Roxanne got in contact from the moment our booking was confirmed and got in touch again in the days leading up to our trip. She is awesome. Super friendly, always available and quick to help us resolve any concerns we had. She also gave us many recommendations of the local area. The apartment was lovely, in a 1920s apartment block with large windows and doors, high ceilings and plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was perfect for us, a short walk from everything we needed but far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the central area. Thank you for having us! 😊

Amazing stay in Nice!
My wife and I stayed in Nice for 5 days and loved the apartment. The check in process was easy and our VRBO host Roxane was wonderful. She sent a dozen restaurant recommendations and she responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is in a quiet location yet centrally located near the ocean, train station, old town of Nice and dozens of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, this property had everything we needed for a family of 5 and close to everything within walking distance. The property manager Roxanne was also very helpful and hospitable, and provided some recommendations of places like groceries, restaurants etc. Our family loved it, I highly recommend this place

Winter Short stay in Nice
We stayed for 4 days in January and found the accommodation very comfortable and in a great location to access the main areas of town walking but still being quiet at night. Roxane was extremely helpful and contactable if needed and having someone take us to the parking station was essential as it could have been tricky without the help. We would definite recommend this for families needing more space than a hotel room can offer.

Our stay at this property was terrific - an easy walk to all the best that old Nice has to offer. The apartment is really spacious and i wish we'd had more time to cook in the nicely equipped kitchen. Plus, Roxanne provided fantastic recommendations - restaurants, beaches, etc. - for our stay. I will definitely book this property and with Remy/Roxanne again.

We had a great experience at this property. Our host was very helpful and proactive with communications. The apartment was clean and spacious, and we had all the comforts of home. Although there are many great things about this apartment, its best feature is its location: we were within a few minutes walk to the beach, train/bus/tram stations, groceries, shopping, dining and Old Nice. The property is clean, homely and well equipped with everything one would need in a home. The hosts are wonderful and do their best to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. Wonderful Stay
My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment itself was well appointed, large, and very well located to many good walking neighborhoods and the beach. It was very clean and the elevator and AC were very convenient. Roxanne was also a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to help us get situated, providing recommendations and taking us to the closest parking garage to make sure we got the most cost efficient option. Would absolutely stay here on a future trip.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by Roxanne , our host . As well as greeting us, informing us about the best places to visit and giving us a thorough induction she also immediately responded to any request we had.
