Great location and comfortable
We stayed for almost a week and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nice. The lodging was comfortable, clean and roomy for three adults. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is an amazing property. Large, in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, buses, trams. 2 balconies 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped in everyway. I mean there were parasols and buckets and spades in cupboards. Its not ultra modern, its more classic french style in a nice building, in a quiet leafy area. I went with my 2 teenage children and 2 year old toddler who slept in a cot provided. They rooms were a good decent size. 2 large doubles and 1 smaller double. The hosts were so gracious and provided early check-in and late checkout to accommodate our flights. Communication was good. The aircon and wifi were very good. The apartment was always amazingly cool. I was there for 9 days during Nice's heatwave at the end of August. As a fussy Londoner I don't think I could stay anywhere else. I will definitely return to this apartment. My kids loved it. Next time, I'll stay 2 weeks. There just wasn't enough time.

Would absolutely stay in this apartment again. We were a party of 6 females and the layout suited us perfectly. Would also like to return with my own family. The location was excellent and the host was exceptional, answering any queries promptly and accommodating allowing us to store our luggage on arrival/checkout days. .

Great visit to Nice!
I recently visited Nice with my husband, 2 year old son, sister and mother. This property was great for our group (but a few callouts). Petter was exceptional at communication and answered all questions quickly and effectively. The check-in was amazing! Paula was there to meet us right at the door and assisted with getting bags upstairs. The property is on the 4th floor and the elevator is quite small so we did have to do multiple trips every time we used it. One reviewer stated that the rooms were bright, which they are HOWEVER, we realized late there are blinds inside the windows to use as shades. We didn't realize until close to the last day, so I thought it worth mentioning because I didn't see it noted anywhere. AC is top notch - works great. The space was clean (some dishes were so/so on cleanliness but we just rewashed everything prior to using). The tables have sharp edges and with a 2 year old, that proved a little precarious - just a callout not an issue. TV has a ton of apps so was good at nighttime. Location is AWESOME - straight walks to the beach, market, and lots of restaurants and shopping. Some of the furniture needs a refresh like the white chairs in the living room and the rugs but all was functional and useable. Balconies were great for sitting/drying clothes. Upon checkout, Paula showed up early which was a little frustrating because we were still trying to get out. 3 sets of keys so adults can split up. Overall fantastic stay and would come again!

Very close to eateries, yet in a quite residence a few mins to everything is an easy walking distance. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of 5 (adults) it fit us very comfortably. We felt it was home away from home. Lots of options of beach clubs or public beaches at near stroll

Fantastic Accommodation in an Excellent location
We had a wonderful five night stay in this lovely apartment, the property was spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised, the location was great, minutes from the beach, close to restaurants, bars and transport links, all the amenities we required. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would have no hesitation in returning for another vist.

Perfect Place for Our Monaco Weekend!
What a lovely apartment and the perfect place for our F1 weekend! Situated in a gorgeous neighborhood close to restaurants, the train and beach. We had no trouble navigating around for our weekend. Paula was fantastic and super helpful. Getting to the airport was easy at the end of our stay. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

It was convenient, good amenities, very good location. Happy there was an elevator. It was not squeaky clean, for example the couches and chairs were dirty and should be cleaned or replaced. But bathrooms were good and rooms/beds were comfortable. Thanks for a nice stay in Nice!

Convenient location
The apartment is very convenient to the train, beach, and all the shopping. It has a large living area with small bedrooms. It served our purpose well. The communication with Paula and her brother were great and they allowed me to drop my bags prior to check in. I think the apartment needs a bit of a refresh and spruce up from being a popular rental.

Week in the sun
Lovely spacious apartment on top floor with two balconies! Ideal for breakfast and people watching! Plenty of space for six adults and fully fitted out. Great location for beach, promenade Anglaise, shops and restaurants, old town and port, metro station .. Be aware if you come by car- on street parking is expensive as are underground car parks. Lift was temperamental. Would use again if coming in the same size of group .

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Everything was clean and worked well, including the wifi and air conditioning. The apartment is on a pretty, leafy street that is much quieter than some others in the neighborhood, but still only a few blocks from the beach. The owner and property manager were both very easy to coordinate with. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location, Lovely Accommodations
My sisters and I stayed here with our spouses during the weekend of the Monaco Grand Prix. The location is convenient to shopping, dining, the Nice-Ville station, and the Promenade and beach. The flat is surprisingly spacious and very well-appointed. We appreciated all the amenities provided (a/c, dishwasher, washing machine) and slept well in the comfortable beds. Check in was a breeze. 100% would rent this lovely flat again. Merci!
