Beautifully located at Port of Nice Apartment

Our little get away appartment from the rainy UK weather. Lovely view of the local hills, in absolute calm. Two minutes walk from the old port of Nice. Enjoying the daily ambiance, restaurants, bars as well as Bakery, Fishmonger, small supermarket at the the doorstep. Only a short walk to the local beach for a swim. The aparment boast a lovely 10 m2 terrace, where we enjoy our breakfast & an evening drink. The apartment is only 8 minutes walk from the Tramway station linked directly to Nice International Airport - The old Town of Nice is only10 min walk away - where you can enjoy the Famouns market Cour Salaya, Local buses at the doorstep connectto Monaco and other towns along the Cote D Azur.
