Beautiful house in Saint Paul de Vence

Located 5 minutes from the village of Saint-Paul, in a very quiet residential area, you will discover this new construction of 134m2. The villa consists of an entrance, laundry room, separate toilet, bedroom on one level with its bathroom, kitchen open to the living room offering access to the outdoor area and a magnificent terrace overlooking the pool. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with balcony with a very nice sea view, all of which have their own private water point. All linen (bedding and towels) is also provided.

The villa is accessible only by car.

The villa has a lock-box (self check-in).

This villa is located just 10 minutes from the historic center of Saint Paul de Vence.
The famous Fondation Maeght is a 10-minute drive from the villa, where you will find countless artists such as Joan Miró, Alexander Calder, Fernand Leger, Georges Braque, Alberto Giacometti and Marc Chagall. This Foundation is open 7 days a week.

You can also enjoy the local products of Saint Paul de Vence at the market every Wednesday, and taste the famous "moulin" oil.
