Studio Promenade is located on the 5th floor with elevator in a luxury residence. It is equipped with an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a new bathroom with washing machine, an entrance with built-in cupboard, a living room with sofa bed Poltron é Sofa (160x200 cm) and large screen flat screen TV led. A terrace with direct sea view and shaded by an electric awning. The terrace is fully equipped for your comfort with Chilean table and chairs. Day and night you can enjoy the Bay of Angels with breathtaking sunrises.
Possibility of paying parking depending on availability.
You can easily reach the old town, the flower market, the port or the city centre of Nice and its many lively pedestrian streets on foot, by bus, tram or bike. Blue Bike rental across the street on the Promenade des Anglais.

The studio was fine buses run regularly into town centre
Nice was a very busy city lots going on but you would need to becoming here regularly to know your way about the city. Food and Drinks quite expensive

Amazing view, good location, comfortable apartment
We were very happy with this apartment. We hope to come back to Nice and stay here again some day! The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Mrs. Arnold was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

Bright and Sunny ...Best location on the Promenade .
Location is perfect ,near public transport so no need for a car just jump on bus no 23 or 52 from the airport and get off at the stop straight after Plage Miami .For sight seeing jump on bus no 12 which takes you to the train station.Good internet in the apartment and on the beach ( Radission Blu ) . The apartment was well equipped,clean and bright .( for lunch on the terrace grab a tasty baguette from the bakery and vin Rose from the Super Market just round the corner ) Nice welcome from Madame Arnold ,and Merci Beaucoup for Les Balances !

Apartment location
A studio apartment with comfortable fold down bed, fully equipped for our 2 week stay. Location is excellent for transport and groceries - Tramline 2 and Carrefour City both within 100 metres. Despite being on the 5th floor traffic noise is considerable when using the large balcony especially from motorbikes revving up at traffic lights immediately below, but this is much reduced when inside the apartment and using the air conditioning.

Excellent séjour à Nice
Location tout à fait conforme à la description. Vue imprenable sur la baie des anges. Madame Arnold qui m’a accueilli est vraiment gentille ! Le tram passe fréquemment juste en bas de la propriété ce qui rend facile les visites au centre ville de Nice. Il est aussi facile avec le tram, le bus et le train de visiter les environs (villefranche sur mer, Monaco, cannes, …). Bref, séjour parfait !

Appartement en face de la plage
Appartement propre. Proche de la plage et des commodités. Cependant, appartement très bruyant, de plus il y a un bar dansant juste en face du logement, avec de la musique forte jusqu’à tard le soir (pas facile pour faire des nuits réparatrices) L’appartement est très bien placé mais assez loin du centre ville (40 min) et du vieux Nice (45 min à pied) La personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement est très agréable, et disponible si besoin ! Je recommande l’appartement pour un jeune couple, pour qui le bruit n’est pas un souci.

Très beau studio tous conforts avec une vue exceptionnelle dont on ne se lasse pas, propreté correcte. Très pratique au niveau des transports en commun, possibilité de louer des vélos qui se trouvent juste en bâs de l'immeuble, seul petit bémol, la promenade des anglais est un boulevard très bruyant il ne faut donc pas y aller pour se reposer

Fin lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt.
Absolut en fin lille lejlighed. Man skal vide, at der er rigtig meget trafikstøj (det vidste vi, så ikke noget problem for os). Kan bestemt anbefale lejligheden til andre. Vi kommer gerne igen.
