The apartment is fair. But it is not Air Conditioned as the description says. Do not rent this in summer when Nice can be super hot. There is a small portable AC in the living room and none in the bedroom. The portable AC is puny and barely cools the room. It is on the 4th floor of an apartment and gets really hot in summer. Without AC, very hard to sleep at night. I noted Weather app temperatures in the 90s (F) during our stay. The property managers are fully aware of this false advertisement. It is a trick to make more money as an AC apartment. They have separate heaters in every area - bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, so they clearly understand what they need to do for heating in winter.

Was missing toilet rolls, not cleaned very well. Once I advised of this, it was rectified and I received a discount. Bedroom had no air con, the fan provided was sufficient. Great location… climbing 4 flights of stairs was a mission at the beginning of our stay.. but it seemed to get easier. I would stay there again 😆

This was a wonderful location and the apartment was more spacious than it looked in the ad. The booking office is very close and checking in and out was very easy. Everyone at MyFlatinNice was were wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend. A word or warning: those steps are no joke. There are 79 of them and it is not for the weak of heart. We knew what we were getting into and welcomed the exercise, but it would have been impossible for some of my friends with aging knees and hips.
