The Best Stay
We had such a great time and this apartment was the best! Danielle was so helpful and responsive when we had questions. If we ever get to go back to Nice we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful little studio. Perfect for our week in Nice. Excellent location right in the heart of Nice next to Place Massena. The terrace gives a welcome sun spot, private and with good views to the north of the city. Great shopping area, and easy for trams. Couldnt fault it. We will be back

Delightful modern centrally located studio
Well equipped charming apartment, super clean, with lovely garden patio. Close to transit, and attractions of central Nice. Good communication with owner who greeted us at the property. A real gem, we highly recommend.

We had a wonderful 4 days in Danielle's well- presented, quiet, centrally located and immaculately clean apartment. The huge balcony made the stay extra special. Danielle met us for check-in and explained a few things. A perfect place for a base in Nice.

Incredible stay, amazing location!
We had an amazing 4 nights at this wonderful apartment in Nice. Top floor of a very quiet building right next to old town and 5 minutes from the beach. Spacious living space, bathroom, and well appointed kitchen. The best part was the large private patio with table and chairs and loungers. We miss it already!

A centrally-located gem!
This was our second stay in this lovely, well-equipped studio apartment. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who reminded us of how things worked and who was available straight away during the week when we had a question. The apartment's location is ideal for the city centre, the Old Town, the beach, shops, restaurants, trams and buses, and is very peaceful despite being so central. The level of cleanliness was extremely high and the roomy terrace was perfect for enjoying the best of the weather. We certainly hope to return!

Great location in Nice
We stayed in this apartment for the month of March and we really enjoyed the location, and the apartment. The check in was smooth, Danielle was quick to respond to our questions and the apartment had everything you would need to stay for a month. The apartment is in the heart of Nice, close to transit, shopping, bakery, old town, & the promenade. It was quiet, safe and has an elevator. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends

My wife and I had an amazing time in Nice. The property was excellent and I can recommend everyone going to Nice to stay at this apartment. Very clean, easy to access, great location! Appliances in perfect condition and everything available to make your own meal. The lady that assisted us is very friendly and even received some drinks for the heat in the fridge ! 6 out of 5 starts! Merci!

Fantastic
The apartment is exactly as pictured, very comfortable and in a fantastic location. Danielle met us at check-in and showed us everything we would need to know for our stay. She even checked our flight arrival, which was a bit early, so she would meet us on time! We could tell she takes a lot of pride in maintaining her unit and making sure everything is just perfect. We had a wonderful trip to Nice, such a beautiful city! And it was made even better by staying in a great apartment in a very central location!

Perfect summer flat
The apartment is exactly how it was described. It has all the usual facilities plus washing machine, iron board and iron, pots, utensils, plates, microwave. The best part is the terrace, sunny and big, a perfect place for summer holidays (note there is not much view from the terrace just the hotel across the road which is quite lovely actually).

This was a truly wonderful stay and everything that was promised was delivered, with even a little more. It’s a great time that me and my wife had, the only thing I can think of is that the bed was on the harder side me and my wife prefer a softer one but it really wasn’t bad, also my feet hung off of he edge I’m only 5,10. So if you are taller this may be a bigger issue. Overall it was a great time and the scenery and convenience of this property is truly exceptional it is not to far from all of the tourist and fun things to do, (market, beach, shopping, hiking) thank you Danielle

Perfect apartment in a perfect location!
This property is in the perfect location, just off the Place Massena in beautiful Nice, steps from the beach, great shopping, Old Town Nice and wonderful restaurants. The property is spotless, well appointed and has everything you will need for a great vacation. After our delayed arrival and some issues with our international calling, we finally met our wonderful host, Danielle at the front door. She was so nice and showed us around the apartment and explained everything we needed to know about our stay. Please be aware that this is a studio apartment which is basically a large living area with a bed and dining table, a nice sized separate kitchen and a large bathroom with a great shower. Another great feature is the huge terrace overlooking the city. This super outdoor space has a dining table, and several lounge chairs, surrounded by plants. It is a private oasis on the seventh floor of the building. The best of Nice is right outside your door. We highly recommend this property which is perfect for a couple.
