Very nice apartment, well maintained and outfitted. Only huge prowess no air conditioning, which was unbearable for us so we left a day early. Also, if you have big heavy luggage as we did, the 6 flights of stairs was a pain. But great, comminicative host

Perfect location
The VRBO was in an excellent spot, right in the heart of old nice. Super convenient to get to both the beach to relax and to access restaurants and bars as everything was a 2 minute walk outside of the apartment. Michel and Stephanie keep the apartment in excellent shape and I would recommend the spot to anyone travelling to Nice.

Great apartment right in the heart of Nice Old Town. Perfect for exploring Nice and enjoying the many restaurants and bars in the area. No air conditioning but plenty of fans. One bedroom has no external windows (it gets light from windows to the lounge area) so got slightly stuffy. It was noisy outside as you are in the heart of everything but earplugs fixed that and slept fine thereafter. But an excellent location and the third floor means you’re burning off those extra calories after you’ve enjoyed the local cuisine Would recommend this as a great option for your Nice stay

Great location and clean and modern apartment!
We had an amazing stay and hosts were amazing. Apartment location is always our top priority when we travel and this place was perfect for that. Everything in the apartment was fantastic. The fans were amazing as it was hot. Only issue we had was with mosquito bites as we had windows wide open but rather that then be hot.

Beautiful apartment in suberb location
Beautiful apartment in a great location in old town Nice. A few steps from the restaurants and bars and a couple of streets from the beach. The apartment is in an very beautiful older traditional building but inside is very modern, well equipped and has everything you need. Just a few minutes walk from the tram station with great links to all trains and buses. Please note there is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor also no air con - it was very hot while we where there and fans were supplied. Communication from the owner was excellent and they replied to all our queries very quickly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back again Many thanks

Great apartment for families! Plenty of room, all the kitchen essentials, washer with outside drying line. We loved the location! Excellent local restaurants and very walkable to all the best parts of Nice. The host is very responsive to any questions before and during the stay. The only issue we had was some construction that started on the exterior and upper floor of the building during our last 2 days. This created some inconvenience with being unable to open/close the windows and day time noise. Our previous 6 days were so wonderful we could overlook this in our rating. We would stay here again!

Fantastique!
This was a perfect home away from home. Check in and check out simple. The apartment is modern and beautifully renovated - it can easily accommodate six in 2 bedrooms (3 couples, family of parents and 4 children, parents with 2 children and a set of grandparents). The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the equipment you might need. The location in Vieux Port Nice was fantastic - close to everything to explore. There are some amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. We started every morning with breakfast from the boulangerie around the corner (La Fougasserie). Amazingly fresh vegetables and fruit from the Marche. The only caveat is that this apartment is on the 4th floor - not for those who can not climb or carry their suitcases. Without question, we will stay here on our next visit!

Perfect location, great apartment
This was a great apartment! Beds were super comfortable, space was big enough for the four of us, and the location was ideal. Everything is within walking distance! A cool breeze blew in from the ocean in the late evening and cooled things off. The pizza place on the right corner just at you walk to the right out the front door is amazing! The stairs up to the place are a bit challenging as they are steep, and height of some stairs are very tall. The washing machine is temperamental tal so make sure to turn the dial to off (arret) position first and then turn the dial to ECO mode. Make sure spin is on1200 or you will get soaking wet clothes. And only a few things at a time in the wash. Clothes line is our living room and bunk room windows. All in all we loved the place. Owner was very helpful and quickly responded to email questions.

Well appointed apartment with 3 big comfy double beds. Good location in the old town. Lots of good places to eat nearby and the b school is only a few minutes away. Day trip to Monaco is a must and can be taken by boat cruise from the Port of Nice which is only a 10 minute walk away.

Sehr nahe am Meer und an Bars und Restaurants - wer gerne mittendrin ist, ist hier genau richtig. Bestens ausgerüstet mit Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine, sehr geschätzt waren auch die gute Dusche und das separate WC. Dank Ventilatoren war auch die Hitze gut erträglich. Und die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit in einer schwierigen Situation. Top - gerne wieder!
