2-bedroom flat on the second floor, in a quiet street of the old Nice, just a few metres away from the Cours Saleya and the Promenade des Anglais.The flat has been renovated this year and consists of a living area with an equipped kitchen (2 hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, washing machine and tumble dryer combo), couch, TV, table, chairs, one bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a good quality 140 cm long bed. Very close to a number of shops (a convenience store, a bakery, a ravioli maker). There is also Wi-Fi internet access.

Ideally situated in the heart of the old town but still retaining a quieter ambience. Close to lots of restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. The property is compact but has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay. David & Gillian

Didn’t have a chance to meet Mtchel or Stephanie, but thankful to the experience, we were so happy to delve into the beauties of the old town and swimming ehich was hust 5 minutes by walk.

Séjour très agréable dans un lieu très bien situé!
Super emplacement, même si je n’avais pas compris qu’il n’y aurait pas de parking. Du coup nous avons eu un budget parking non prévu. Mais pour le reste, vraiment un super emplacement, à côté de nombreux restaurants, un appartement très charmant et propre, avec tout le nécessaire.

Lovely little apartment perfectly located with a short walk from all the must see places. The hosts were very helpful and quick with their replies and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come and stay again.

Très bel appartement idéalement situé
Cet appartement est top pour deux personnes, très bien situé à proximité du cours saleya et de la mer. Idéal pour être près de tout. Cuisine équipée, télé et tout ce qu'il faut. Le seul bémol si je peux dire c'est qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul rouleau de papier toilette (1 semaine de location), nous avons dû aller en acheter, le savon dans la salle de bain était vide. Sinon à part ces deux petites choses, il n'y a vraiment rien à redire, le propriétaire répond très vite aux messages et est de bons conseils. Une super semaine à Nice.

Très bel appartement, tout fonctionnel et beau, ainsi qu'idéalement situé dans le Vieux-Nice, à deux pas de tout. Coin couchage agréable, canapé très appréciable en face de la télé. Petit bémol, on entend beaucoup les voisins des immeubles d'en face, mais on s'y habitue. La propriétaire a été très réactive lorsque la cafetière ne marchait pas, et m'en a d'emblée amené une autre. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!!

Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, l'appartamento è carino e pulito così come appare nelle foto. Posizione ottima, nel cuore della Vecchia Nizza vicino a tutto ma posizionato in una via tranquilla. Per la spiaggia e Cours Saleya 1/2 minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio.
