"This is an excellent property near the airport. It was clean, the staff is friendly. They provide a welcome cocktail and a giant breakfast with delicious coffee. The internet worked, they have cable TV and a nice lobby. The only downside was the shower was barely warm. But that is standard fare in Panama. They also have a free shuttle to and from the airport. I would stay here again and recommend to others."

"This site has a wonderful setting with beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful from housekeeping to the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, all are very good. We had some minor issues with hot water in our suite and our Wi-Fi failed one day but they did everything in their power to correct the issues as soon as possible. We are very happy to have stayed here and would highly recommend."

"The property is nice, but a little dated. Its very central and easy to get places from by Uber. If youre looking to go to Boquete its about a 45 min Uber drive and can be a little slow finding an Uber on the way back. "

"Have stayed here many times. Always consistent. The restaurant is good and the staff is very friendly. Ask for Jose. David has limited restaurants that may appeal to American tastes. If you are visiting I suggest you try Boquete where you will be pleased. If spending a few nights in David then Alcala is certainly acceptable. I have lived here for 4 years so I have a little experience in these things."

"Beautiful place. The pool is always open, has a Tiki Bar at the beach and a very convenient dock to go on tours, A/C works very good. Staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. "

"New & very clean but AC was preset so you couldn't cool room to your comfort, no real window, dark in room. No hair dryer available & no counter space in bathroom just a pedestal sink. Not deal breakers but something to be aware of. Also, no onsite restaurant. Have to go around corner to café."

"The location was close to the town to catch transportation for activities. Also, the view from the hotel was the best we have ever experienced. We enjoyed the breakfast and access to beverages if needed. Hostesses Herbie and Ericka very kind and informative. Place was immaculate and infinity pool awesome. Thanks for a breakfast each morning. "We booked this hotel for its location to the bus station. It is walkable (with a rucksack). We were allowed to check in early our room was ready when we arrived. WiFi was good, room was basic but clean and plenty of room. There is a downstairs outside seating area to use. There is a restaurant on site which sells coffee."
