"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Très mauvaise expérience avec cette appartement. Nous sommes arrivés après 20h et il n’y a plus personne pour vous accueillir. Il vous donne un lien afin de vous enregistrer et de recevoir le code pour les clés. L’enregistrement est long et inefficace puisque nous avons jamais reçu notre code et personne pour nous aider. L’entrée de l’appartement est insalubre. Déconseille fortement."

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "The apartment was ideal for three of us staying for a couple of days of skiing. It is small but has enough space to relax at the end of a tiring day. Perfectly placed in the pretty village, within a short walk of the railway station and telecabin station so no car required. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and enough shops to supply what we needed. The thermal baths are well worth a visit."

"I booked this apartment for 2 adults and 2 children, I understood that the appointment was a 2 bedroom apartment. What I did not understand was that the 2nd bedroom only had room for a single bed ( bunks would have been great) so 1 child had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!"

Exceeded our expectations!

"We truly can’t complain—NH Collection was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities that add to the luxurious ambiance. Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day. NH Collection completely turned our trip around, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay!"
