Alcoholic consumption is prohibited for any guest(s) under the age of 21.
There are 4 CARS MAXIMUM allowed on this property rental. Guests can park 2 vehicles on concrete driveway (side by side w/ vehicles facing garage) in front of garage, and 2 on the side-grass area (one behind another, not side by side) along side entrance steps/deck. Garage is locked and IS NOT accessible for parking. Street parking is not available. Cars CAN NOT be blocking/ protruding out into road. Parking violations will incur $750 fine and immediate removal from rental property.
Campers, RV's, cargo trailers, box trucks are PROHIBITED as there is not adequate parking.
Guests can use the AC/ heat to your liking. First floor thermostat is in bedroom 1. Second floor thermostat is in master bedroom. Both located on wall, immediate left, through door. Each thermostats need to be on simultaneously for AC/ heat to work. Although, please turn the thermostat to OFF once your stay has ended. PLEASE DO NOT SET AC LOWER THAN 70* - SYSTEM WILL MALFUNCTION REQUIRING SERVICE.
All Bookings: standard checkin 2pm and standard checkout 10am. Unfortunately, there are no extended checkins or checkouts. We do not have the ability to extend checkin or checkout times. Also, we do not accept trip alteration (dates) once booking is confirmed.
We are flexible with allowing pet(s) upon request, at $250 extra flat rate fee, per pet. This additional "pet fee" will be applied as an additional cost to the booking. This fee covers a separate cleaning service to remove pet hair/dander from the home, sand tracked throughout the home, and also utilization of specialized disinfectant & cleaning agents. We appreciate this advanced notification at time of booking, that you are bringing the pet(s) along on your trip. We understand that pets are just as much a part of the family as people. Although, we kindly ask that you please keep the pet(s) off of the furniture, couches, and beds. Also, please be courteous and properly dispose of any waste when they utilize the outdoor restroom. Any incurred pet damages to the home or its contents, will result in a damage claim to VRBO/HomeAway, that the guest will be held liable for. Please Note: DURING SEVERE INCLEMENT WEATHER, MANAGEMENT MAY NEED TO TIE DOWN AND/OR STORE AWAY OUTDOOR FURNITURE TO AVOID DAMAGE. Guests are to shut storm shutters on both front floor windows and master bedroom balcony door to prevent damage. THIS IS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE. Switches to all storm shutters on first floor in living room (only) and upstairs balcony door in master are all located inside white/gray electrical box covers. Do not raise storm shutters until storm subsides. All outdoor furniture and outdoor shower is removed/stored away each fall season (by 1st week of November) for winterization, then re-assembled for guest usage in spring/summer seasons (by 2nd week May). Wooden boardwalk winterization barrier is also removed spring/summer seasons (by 2nd week May).
You will be notified through the message board, the day/morning of your stay (fifteen minutes prior to your selected check in time) with the keyless entry instructions and code.
We are available by VRBO/HomeAway message board from 10am - 5pm (eastern standard time), seven days a week. We kindly ask that ALL communication is made through the VRBO/HomeAway message board; to only utilize the telephone contact in the event of a true emergency.
We DO NOT provide on site facility showing(s) and/or walk-through services prior to booking. Yet, any stay over 2 weeks during summer months (June - Sept) walk-throughs can be provided upon request.
We ARE NOT responsible for the receipt or procurement of any guest packages ordered/delivered to home before, during, or after their stay.
We kindly request that the furniture and layout of the home IS NOT to be moved around or reconfigured. DO NOT alter any of the home electronics: TVs, wifi, cable boxes.
Garbage cans located down stairs (door in main hallway) inside garage area to left. Deposit recyclables in marked container. Each will be picked up by management.
A $150 fee will be incurred for any(each) lost/ broken fan, TV, AC unit, or cable box remote controls.
