"The hotel was in the perfect location. We could walk to the Falls and there were plenty of restaurants close by. The Hyatt is always a good selection for our family of 5 as there is a little more room than your typical hotel room, including a sofa bed. "

"This was a nice hotel. We were very happy here and the breakfast was good and beds comfortable- although the sofa bed felt like springs with thin fabric over it- it was unusable. I was also a little surprised at the pink mildew in the shower compared to how clean everything else was. And there was a very strong smell in the lobby when we went in, not sure if it was the employees cologne or what. Thankfully the room was just fine. It’s a nice spot not too far from the American side of Niagara Falls, maybe a 12 min drive. I would stay here again. "
