Zen style 3 bedrooms walking to the Falls USA sleep up to 8

This house is super close to the Falls, with only 10-15 mins walking distance. We recently updated the majority of the house, with some items pending upgrades during winter due to material shortage (i.e. windows). The TV comes with HBO. Our neighborhood is safe and neighbors are super nice, but you'll see some run down houses close by, which is common in the city of Niagara Falls. We love our vacation home and want to share with you. Hope you'll have a memorable and enjoyable experience here.

- 10-15 minute walk from the falls.
- If it should be necessary the unit is only a 1-minute drive and 4-minute walk from the hospital.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are located on the first floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with a 4 burner electric stove and oven, a microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot and kettle. You will also find cutting boards, pots and pans, utensils, cooking basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. There is also a breakfast area in the kitchen.
You can access the deck from the kitchen area. The shed in the backyard is currently closed to guests

There are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed with super comfy mattress to sleep on.

Our neighborhood is safe and neighbors are super nice, some of them are homeowners who have lived here their entire life, and we look after each other. They know that when I'm away I'll share my house with guests, and they'll greet you if they have a chance. But you'll see some run down houses close by, especially on 7th street, which is common in the city of Niagara Falls. This house is located between Pine Ave and Walnut Ave, and you'll find lots of places to eat on these two streets.
With that said, you may still find it very different from the more economically developed areas, especially it was hit hard by COVID and is slowly recovering. Please make sure you're comfortable with it before you book.
In addition, the city is in the process of putting in new roads, so you may find some roads rough.
