Near to Niagara Falls
The two bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. The jetted oversized jacuzzi tub worked beautifully. We loved how we could walk to everything yet also be on a quiet street. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a family visiting Niagara Falls.

Walking distance to everything. Saves a ton of money on parking fees. The property is up a steep flight of stairs. Wish there was a couch and TV in the living area. Otherwise, absolutely perfect.

The property was nice but was surprised to realize (was not advertised) as a two family and our unit was the second floor. But clean, well stocked and quiet as there were no one staying in the lower unit

Seating
There wasn’t a casual/comfortable seating area. Would be better to replace dining room table and chairs with wingback chairs, a couch or recliners. Had to be in separate rooms to watch TV as well. Also may want to warn about steep stairs to get inside. However, it was wonderful to be within walking distance to the falls and restaurants and shops.

Not what I thought it would be
The listing never mentioned that we were on the second floor, glad we were all able to climb steps. We found this out when I got my check in information the day before.I missed the fact that there is no living room. There is a porch but you have to walk through the master bathroom and bedroom to get to it. Hope you don't need privacy. There are rules posted everywhere - take off your shoes, walk softly, the below neighbors complain of the noise, tells you which outlets you can use at the same time. There are four parking spaces at the back. It is a very tight fit, hard to maneuver a bigger truck in this limited space. By the pictures on the site, we were expecting a lot better. On the plus side, convenient to get on WeGo Bus ( which we recommend) or walk .

Niagara Falls visit
Really liked the location of the property, it gave us easy access to all the attractions. The only thing that we weren't happy with was no living room. Had to stay in bedrooms while we weren't out. Didn't realize that this was a bed and breakfast. A lot of money for a glorified bed and breakfast with no breakfast.
