"We initially booked a Deluxe Triple Room, Sea View. Too expensive for the facilities provided by the hotel. Bathrooms are very dirty and not maintained properly. No Internet/WIFI in the room and it's available only at the lobby(the most inconvenient thing). Hotels.com website shows that the room has WIFI and aircon. But there is no power from 6 am to 6 pm and NO air-con. No light in the day time and it's completely dark in the bath room and we have to use our mobile phone light to use...

"Overall very good, Micheal service very good, tries to accomodate and do things for guests to keep them happy. Only drawback upper story rooms very thin matted walls, so can basically hear your neighbors, so downstairs recommended having concrete brick walls."

"Guests must read the lengthy list of things the hotel does not/will not provide. Simple things like towels, room cleaning, these are all considered extras. No window screens so windows cannot be let open for breeze. Poor lighting on badly kept pathways. Parking impossible without 4WD. Not a good place for working travelers. Price is actually all anyplace in Ngwesaung is worth. They also need to insure they do not have a bedbug problem. Perfect for unwashed backpacker hippies on a budget."
