We wanted to stay at this property for an extra night, and cancel the first night at the other property. Everyone told me this would be fine - the staff at this hotel, the staff at the second hotel, and their main office staff. They said to book the second night at this place and then send a request through to cancel the first night at the other property and they would accept...

"Family 'room' was excellent. However, for a December visit a bathroom heater was sorely needed and towel bars for drying towels. Every resort should have a safety bar in shower for young or old!"
