With breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and access to your own private beach and mooring, this holiday home offers the perfect escape for your next family holiday.

The beautifully decorated abode boasts an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with seamless indoor-outdoor flow to an expansive deck perched above in the punga canopies.

It’s located within a 5-min walk to Momarangi Bay, a 5-min drive to Ngakuta Bay and a 20-min drive to Picton to stock up on supplies.

Enjoy the use of a fully equipped kitchen with UV-filtered drinking water and a toasty open fireplace that provides cosy ambience and entertainment on evenings indoors.

Four bedrooms are split across two levels and sleep up to six adults. The upper level has a master bedroom and en-suite and a queen bedroom with access to a bathroom and full laundry facilities.

For a day on your boat you’ll have access to a boat ramp at Momarangi Bay. You can enjoy watersports, fishing or a visit to nearby Lochmara Restaurant and Lodge.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a more suitable spot to enjoy a wonderful family holiday.
Please note there is a monitored Security Camera which is for outside only.Please note the max occupancy is 8 guests including infants.As shown in the photos, this property has unfenced access to a large expanse of bush and a private beach. Fabulous house in a perfect spot
The photos say it all, amazing views, fabulous lounge and kitchen. Two upstairs double bedrooms both with balconies and bifolds, downstairs had bunkroom and another double plus large bathroom, external staircase to downstairs. Lovely pathway to beach, tide came up to steps. One signle sit on kayak for use, no lifejackets. No tv or wifi, but cell coverage was fine. We could not find any information in the bach regarding rubbish, moorings, leaving etc, i expected a folder and asked for it. No response to emails about mooring. Rubbish had been left by previous occupants, and was smelly and oozy. We did the usual and took ours to Picton, with the free bags. Minor issues compared to the great bach that had comfy beds, lovely linen and was spotless when we arrived, and when we left, but better communication would have been nice.

The house was perfect for our stay with friends. The configuration, number of bathrooms, open plan living worked very well. View was gorgeous. We will definitely book again.
