"What a gem of a place to stay. I loved the commanding views of Lake Taupo, and the short steep walk down to the waters edge was a nice surprise and fun for the family. If you are looking for a secluded quiet place to stay with stunning views and birdsong this is it."

"It's a good value cottage in a good location just a few minutes from National Park and close to Whakapapa. It could do with a good spring clean, but you can't argue the price. Previous guests could've done more to clean like empty the bins properly, but overall would recommend and the description ..."
