The house also has a large loft with two beds and two bathrooms. In the utility room you will find a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has an energy-friendly heat pump system and charging facilities for electric cars.

The children can have fun here while you relax on the 89 m2 partially covered terrace with various outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, or enjoy your meals al fresco.
