We had 11 family members stay for a graduation in Kirksville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well outfitted. The host communicated very well with us and answered any questions quickly. We would stay again.

Our stay was fabulous at this property. The host was always quick to respond, kind, and courteous. Our 2 labs were welcomed at the property also which is a necessity for us as they travel everywhere with us. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Would defintely stay here again! Spacious house with everything we needed and more. Caught many fish out of the pond right next to the house. Great weekend getaway! Wish we could have stayed longer. Would come back in a heartbeat!

PERFECT!!!
This home is a gem! It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need! It was clean, stocked, and many different things to do! Games, pool, ping pong, fishing,...the list goes on! So much dpace and the host is so friendly and welcoming! Our favorite place we have stayed! Already planning a trip back when its warmer!

Wonderful weekend with family and friends. Wonderful time had by all.
It was a wonderful, out of the way, place with a great atmosphere. The facility was very clean and well decorated with plenty of room for all the guest with a wonderful kitchen to work in. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very well stocked with pillows and blankets. We had a wonderful time and will be using the facility again. Thank you Nancy for your hospitality you thought of every thing.

Wonderful Graduation Weekend
The property was a perfect location for graduation celebration and activities. Just about an hour from Kirksville, we were able to host extended family and friends for the Truman State graduation weekend. The place was perfect for cooking dinner for a large group, the fire pit was awesome as well as the pool table, ping pong and games! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

We had a great time as a family at your ABNB. The open space was great. The kids loved fishing and swimming in the pond. Plenty of space to ride their bikes and scooters. The kitchen is set up very nice to cook and serve our group of 15. You had plenty of games and toys for all. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our Best Experience Yet!!
We had the most amazing weekend getaway with everything we could have asked for and more! Nancy was the most wonderful host and provided us a beautiful home and property filled with everything you could want or need for creating both indoor and outdoor memories! We caught over 30 fish and played so many fun games!! We have stayed at a handful of Vrbo properties but this was hands down our best trip and experience so far!

Men’s Weekend Get Away
Property worked great for our group! We took a group of young men from our campus ministry for a weekend away and there was plenty to do! We had planned to grill burgers but both grills on the property were old and broken. May want to update the listing so guests don’t rely on them but other than that the property was great!
