"Due to unforseen circumstances we arrived late on our first day, had told Donna and even though it was late she was there to greet us and help with our luggage. The room was spotless and the view over the estuary beautiful. Breakfast was delicious with thick bacon and sausage from a local butchers. "We were put in a basement room with a view of back yard with dirty doors etc. .no hair dryer or Iron. Luckily we asked for one at reception but had to walk 100 yrds to do that. .door didn't close properly so could hear all noise. Toilet flush from next rooms was very loud. Also terrible creaking floorboards from rooms above. Parking was limited on street and was pay and display which was expensive for 24 hours. We were not far from beach so that was a bonus. Only stayed one night fr an occasion...

"Our stay was just totally amazing. The Tavistock Town House is a beautiful, very well maintained family home in a perfect central location in Tavistock. Liz could not have been a more perfect helpful host.
