The Timber on Monkey Brook is ideal for those looking to enjoy the four season fun in the mountains of Maine. This home is located just five minutes from Sunday River, and ten minutes to downtown Bethel. This mountainside home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms on three spacious floors of living space. Featuring a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Spend time with family and friends in the open first floor great room with a gas fireplace to warm up by after a day on the slopes. Off the main living area you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Relax and unwind in the large primary suite with a beautiful tile shower. The lower level offers a second living area as well as bunk room and full bath with laundry. Enjoy your next trip to the Bethel and Sunday River area, with all the comforts of home at The Timbers.

To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Everything you would want or need in a property made for ski country. Little to be desired, the house is perfect. Convenient location, quiet, and all the immunities you would need. Clean and cozy environment. There’s not much else I can say, just a wonderful spot.

I loved this property. It was my family's first visit to this area of Maine. We loved it. The property was very nice. Enough room for our gang of 11 to have their own space. The property was well equipped and clean. We hope to be back.
