- We have a professional exterminator service that regularly treats the property. As we are located in the mountains, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife, such as bears, spiders, ladybugs, bees, etc. This is part of the natural environment, and we take all necessary steps to minimize any inconvenience.
- Due to bears and wildlife in the area, all trash must be left inside the trash bins.
- During winter months, road conditions can become snowy or icy. For your safety and convenience, we recommend driving a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your upcoming stay. We only issue refunds for government mandated evacuations.
