Enter this expansive mountain home through a large tiled entryway with enough space to store all your gear. Featuring a large open great room with breathtaking views of Sunday River and the surrounding mountains, a gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances, and an off-set dining room ideal for entertaining. The second floor offers a private master with luxury en suite bathroom and king sized bed. The lower level has a second living area, bunk room and fourth bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, and direct outdoor hot tub access. The Outlook at the Peaks is a premier location to unwind with friends and family in the Bethel / Sunday River area. To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Coffee / Coffee Maker
Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

Hot Tub Availability
Seasonal (November 1 - April 30)

Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur. If you have allergies or any concerns, please be aware of this arrangement. Thank you for your understanding.

Apple TV for streaming your favorite apps, no traditional cable / satellite tv.
