Fantastic ski-in, ski-out town home in the heart of Sunday River. This fantastic 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath property can sleep 10, and includes 2 masters bedrooms. Fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, and toaster. Cozy living room features gas fireplace and smart-TV for easy after-skiing entertainment. Entire house is wi-fi enabled. Mudroom offers ample storage for ski or other gear. Private outside hot tub. Parking for two cars included.

Our townhouse is located steps from the Tempest and Roadrunner trails, offering ski-in ski-out access to the White Cap Lodge for skiers of all abilities. The Sunday River resort offers 870 acres of terrain to explore during the ski season, and golf, hiking, biking, and zip lining in the spring, summer and fall months.

Great weekend here!
This was a fantastic unit right on the mountain in Sunday river. Stayed with my husband, three teens, father, and the two masters were a Stayed with my husband, three teens, father, and the two masters were an especially nice touch so my husband and I had a great space as did my dad. The kids were able to split up into two rooms and there was plenty of space for all. Beds were VERY very firm, which was fine, just be warned! Decor was beautiful, fireplace awesome, kitchen was fully stocked hot tub was so enjoyed! Communication was great with the owner, and will definitely be returning!

Epic Ski Condo
This condo is the perfect base camp for an epic ski vacation. You can literally put your skis on right out the back side of the condo and be at the lift in one minute. The condo is very well furnished, comfortable, and supplied with anything you might think you need. The hot tub on the deck was the icing on the cake for the perfect ski day.

Fantastic property on Sunday River
This was a great visit to Sunday River ski mountain. The property was superb! Great location for ski in ski out or quick drop off at lodge(s). Our family enjoyed the fireplace after skiing, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious, clean and comfortable accommodations. The owners were completing some renovations but that had no impact on our awesome Holiday stay! We look forward to another ski trip soon.

We had a great long weekend. Spacious home, great location, thoughtfully decorated. In this tricky Covid time, it was so great to be on mountain. Using the testing at the Jetport, we were able to safely host our greater family for lunches and dinner before they returned to their off mountain home. Such a great respite.

Wonderful Condo!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo so much. It had everything we needed and it so beautiful. Great location right on the mountain. It was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Betsy the owner was fantastic with communication and getting in and out of the condo from beginning to end of our stay was seamless. Thank you for a wonderful stay we hope to be back!

Great stay, just warm....
Great house and well kept. We had a good time. Would love to come again. The only challenge was that it was a hot week and the house has no AC, so we struggled on the hot nights. There were some fans but they don't really help unless it is below 65 outside...

Great condo with a beautiful mountain view
This property was very clean, bright and spacious. We could all spread out and have our own space or be together. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bedrooms were very good size and all had TVs and fans. The hot tub was an extra bonus to enjoy. There were plenty of family games. The kitchen has everything you need. I would highly recommend this property!

Lovely Cabin
Great roomy cabin, new and spotless. Real room to sleep 10 comfortably, all in bedrooms, without beds tucked into random corners. It’s a ski in ski out cabin and is close to summertime fun too, swimming, hiking and biking nearby. Great view and wonderful hot tub for evening relaxation. Owner is friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful time and looking to visit again.

Wonderful rental!
This was the best VRBO rental we have stayed at to date! Wonderful location and the unit has an exceptionally well-stocked kitchen- we thoroughly enjoyed sharing meals and relaxing here at the end of each day of skiing. An awesome ski condo
This is one of the best places that we've stayed. The place looks new, and well-kept. Kitchen was well stocked with everything in great condition (no "rental" pots and pans). The condo had its own private hot tub, which was a real plus. Betsy, the owner, was very easy to deal with. Overall, we had a great experience.
