Stayed for 4 nights . Well equipped, however instructions on the operation of the induction hob would have been good, eventually worked out how to operate it. Plenty of hot water, loved the shower and the towels were large and lovely and fluffy. Bed comfortable. Sofa bed in lounge area could have been more comfotable and rather low. On the whole ten out of ten

Property is clean everything is as described apart from the smart tv which I was very disappointed with. It’s advertised as a smart tv but you get a tv with some free view channels only.

Great value for money! Very central didnt take us long to drive to any of the beachs or town center spot's. Super markets in walking distance. Lunch spots on site. Couldnt fault this perfect little Gem! Very clever and perfect spot. My only recommendation would be to have a full size mirror available, would go down a treat with the ladies, and possibly a bring your pet option. After seeing how pet friendly cornwall is, we was gutted we left our doy with our sitter. Would highly recommend this place and cant wait to come back not only Newquay but the dry docks again!

Had a great stay however was told we would have a smart TV but was a basic tv with no internet connection to it. The place was full of spiders and cobwebs. But had all amenities needed
