The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen and dining area leading out onto the private patio areas which boasts spectacular views across Newquay Bay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer/dyer and American style Fridge Freezer. The dining area table seats up to 8 people. The ground floor also has a cloakroom, single toilet and bunk room sleeping 2 guests.

The first floor has a modern lounge again with breathtaking views over the Bay. There is also a double bedroom and family bathroom with bath. The second floor homes the master bedroom with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. This master bedroom has large opening windows which look across the bay. There is also a twin bedroom on the second floor with two single beds.

This property is suitable for families, couples and mature singles (mixed groups aged 25+ only). For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

This property will accept dogs.

Please note: during high season noise from local bars can sometimes be heard

Not everything is what it seems
Perhaps our expectations were higher because of the photographs that accompany the ad and that is why the house has not turned out as well as we expected. Most of the photographs correspond to the parts of the house with (wonderful) views: the kitchen, a living room and the only room with a view of the house. There are 2 others facing a noisy and dirty alley. Very noisy especially on Saturday. And what to say about the fourth room... some sad bunk beds boxed in a small room on the ground floor that overlooks the same alley. The ad did not state that the room had bunk beds. Upon our arrival the terrace was not cleaned, we had to call for them to come and clean it.
